Camping2CSB holds two and sometimes three campouts a year. The campouts go from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Activities can include fishing, hiking, exploring, tag, target shooting, volleyball, campfire meetings, and marshmallow roasts.   The food is good and the atmosphere friendly.  It’s a special time for dads and sons to share time together in fellowship and encouragement.  Each campout ends with an outdoor worship service on Sunday morning.

Fall Campout – October – Rancho De La Rocha – Aubrey, TX

Spring Campout – April – ThackerVille, OK

Winter Campout – February – optional

Shape ‘N Race

2013-03-02 10.07.27Each boy receives a car kit and works with his dad or sponsor to produce a car for racing.  All finished cars are turned in the night before the big race.  They are judged on design, craftsmanship, and speed.  CSB provides shaping equipment and dedicates nights for each group to work on their cars before the race.   Race Day is the first Saturday in March.  It’s a fun time for all, as the whole family comes out to watch.

Dinner and Awards Nights

CSB Lasagna Night Awards Banquet

Every spring and fall we have awards night to recognize the badges that the boys have earned throughout the year working in their groups.  All the family is invited to attend as the dads tell what their sons have achieved.

Brisket Sales

Service Days
